All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or by email. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from Lumiera. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price. Lumiera reserves the right to require a deposit for future bookings from guests with a history of late cancellations or no-shows.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns prior to your treatment. Lumiera cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from undisclosed health information. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain medical conditions — please consult your healthcare provider if you are unsure.
All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Promotional pricing is valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers.
Gift cards and treatment packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Lumiera takes all reasonable care to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests. However, we accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained on our premises except where caused by our proven negligence. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
