All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or by email. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from Lumiera. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price. Lumiera reserves the right to require a deposit for future bookings from guests with a history of late cancellations or no-shows.

Gift cards and treatment packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
